How it Works
Blockaform is a form data processing website which allow users to have an account and store various form data which they can reuse in various third party websites (of company users) where they do not have to repeatedly fill in the form content again.
Normal Users
If you are a user tired of filling tideous forms then Blockaform is your solution. As a user you can store your form datas on Blockaform and reuse it on various third party websites (of company users) where you do not have to repeatedly fill in the form content again. Your form data will be stored securely in the 4IRCloud network. If you are a user then, please follow the below steps
Register
If you are a user then choose the user accounts tab and provide your email address, username, password, first name and last name. After registration you have to login to your account, while login please choose the user account tab.
Fill Your Form Data
On Blockaform users can see various categories of fields where they can prefill the form data. Users can start filling the data as they prefer.They don't need to fill all the data at once. They only need to fill in the data they want to fill in. For adding each form data to Blockaform user will gain a small reward in 4IR. Also users can earn additional revenue by selling their data to companies.
Sell Form Data
Users can sell their form data to companies for a fee (chargeable in 4IR). Users can set their pricing preferences for all the available categories.
Withdraw Rewards
Users can withdraw their rewards from Blockaform. You can raise a withdrawal request from your account, and the reward will be soon sent to your given withdrawal address.
Company Users
As a company user you can create an account on Blockaform and generate form code for various categories of data. You can place this code in your website and you have to including some changes in the form elements to support Blockaform filling. Once it is done, and when user access the page, the user will be shown a button saying “Fill Form Data with Blockaform”. If you are a company user then, please follow the below steps
Register
If you are a company user then choose the company accounts tab and provide your email address, username, password, webite url, company name ,address and zip code. After registration you have to login to your account, while login please choose the company account tab.
Add 4IR to Your Account
Inorder to avail Blockaform service you have to add 4IR to your account. You have to generate a 4IR deposit address and send 4IR to that address.
Generate Form Code
You can generate form code by providing the form name, form url and form category. You can see the list of form filelds and categories already supported by Blockaform and choose the category which suits your form. After generating the form code you have to copy the code received and use in your website’s form. And you have to add an additional tag Blockaform id (bfid) to your form elements to support Blockaform data filling. Once it is done, and when user access the page, the user will be shown a button saying “Fill Form Data with Blockaform”.
Buy User Form Data
Companies can buy user data for a particular time period. You can access the information by using browser, as well as through a download option.
Add Lead
Companies can advertise their form on Blockaform inorder to attract potential users. There will be a section in Blockaform which lists all types of featured company users who has participated in the service. Normal users can see these form links from Blockaform site, and click on it to go directly to the form, and to fill this in using Blockaform.
